We’ve launched a new self-service Knowledge Base. You can now access our full library of user guides, how-to’s, FAQs, and release notes in one centralized place, making it easier than ever to find answers and troubleshoot independently.
Ticket Portal
We’ve launched a new secure Ticket Portal to give you full visibility into your support requests. You can now create, manage, and track the status of your tickets in real-time, with managers gaining the added ability to view and oversee tickets across their entire organization.
Schedule Board Improvements - Create Records
Enhanced the Schedule Board to allow direct creation of bookings, availability flags, and action items via right-click. These new shortcuts automatically prefill dates and associated records to streamline your workflow and reduce manual data entry.
POWO Cost Definition
Overhauled the POWO Cost Definition feature to ensure costs are accurately generated and recalculated when stays are moved or cancelled. We also added new POWO columns and filters to the Un-Posted Costs, Rent to Property, and Batch Payable reports for better visibility and management.

Known Issue Fixes
Schedule Board - Deleted Statuses - Resolved an error that blocked the review changes dialog when an edited status had been deleted.
Guaranteed Booking - Charge Description - Fixed an issue where descriptions entered during Guaranteed Booking creation were not carrying over to the related Charge Definitions.
Lease Contract Report - Continuous Leases - Fixed the “Include Continuous” filter in the Lease Contract report to ensure continuous leases are correctly included or excluded based on the selected date type.
New Booking - Billing Template Defaults - Billing Definitions now correctly falls back to the Billing Party frequency when a selected Billing Template doesn’t have a rate type configured, preventing incorrect “Nightly” defaults.
Billing Party - Prevent New Billing Definitions - Implemented a validation check to prevent the creation of new billing definitions for deactivated billing parties.
Billing Template - Editing Other Type Title - Fixed a bug that prevented title updates from saving on “Other” type Billing Templates.
Merge Document - Do Not Show Removed/Deleted Records - Updated document merge recipient lists to exclude deleted or removed contacts and residents.
