Unlimited Guest Ledger - This feature makes it possible and easy to assign charges to the correct person within the client’s organisation - i.e.: it allows the user to bill an employer for the rent and the employee/guest for the extra charges, or split the bill between two or more apartment sharers and invoice them separately.

Automatic Client Invoicing - Because the bills are adjusted automatically as the reservation is changed (i.e.: in the case of an extension), billing is 100% accurate.
